Photographs, colours and specifications

Photographs of kitchens and appliances are for illustration. Some show kitchens we've fitted for our customers, and others come from the makers of the ranges and appliances we sell. Colours and finishes can look different on screen, so please see samples in our showroom before you choose. Manufacturers may change their products and specifications without notice.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on this website forms a contract. Your kitchen, appliances, installation or repair are supplied under the written quotation we give you and our terms of sale, which we'll give you before you order. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Appointments and enquiries

Booking an appointment online is a request. We'll confirm it with you, and may need to suggest another time. Please let us know if you need to change or cancel it.

Other websites

Our website links to other websites, including Martins Direct, our online appliance shop, and the manufacturers' websites. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content.

Brand names and content

The text, design and our own photographs on this website belong to us. Manufacturers' names, logos and photographs belong to their owners, and are shown to identify the products we sell. You're welcome to view, print or share our pages for your own personal use, but please don't copy or reuse our content for anything else without our permission.

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to get into it without permission, introducing viruses or other harmful material, or sending enquiries in someone else's name.
