I was left high and dry in the middle of a kitchen build by another company. Scott at Martins was excellent and helped solve my problem. They matched the price of the appliance from the other supplier and communicated rapidly and accurately by email and phone as needed. The hob was parcelled very carefully, including photos taken before the purchase as it was open-box. All in all, an excellent service and I would highly recommend them as a reliable and quality company.
My kitchen has just been fitted by Martins and I absolutely love it. Before the installation I did question whether the investment would be worthwhile, as my old kitchen still functioned well. However I cannot believe the transformation, which far exceeded my expectations. Everyone we dealt with was caring, knowledgeable, patient and professional and went out of their way to provide the result we wanted. Every building project we do in this old house is challenging but Martins rose to the challenge, every step of the way. Special thanks to George and Mike and the fitters Patrick and Phil who have done an amazing job. It's a big investment but worth every penny and will bring me pleasure for years to come. At the moment I cant stop just admiring it. I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Good questions
Things people ask us
Do you install kitchens, or supply them only?
Both. We design and install complete kitchens, with our Installation Manager co-ordinating plumbing, electrics and building work if needed. We also supply kitchens for you to have fitted yourself.
Can I see appliances working before I buy?
Yes. Many of the appliances we sell are on display and working in our showroom, which is why there's always a coffee on.
Can I bring my own plans?
Yes. If you have existing plans or measurements, bring them along to your free design consultation.
Do you repair appliances?
We're an authorised Miele service partner and have looked after Miele appliances for over 40 years. Our engineer covers Kent and East Sussex, usually within 1 to 2 working days, and our Miele repairs carry a 6-month warranty. We can't repair or service gas appliances.
Which areas do you cover?
We design and install kitchens for homes across Kent and East Sussex, from Hawkhurst, Cranbrook and Goudhurst to Tenterden, Tunbridge Wells, Rye and Battle. Our Miele engineer covers Kent and East Sussex too. If you're further away, give us a call: we're always happy to talk.
