Dear Sir, I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service and work given me by your team who have recently carried out work on my kitchen. I should like to thank Victoria for her advice and help in changing my appliances and sink and for co-ordinating the work so brilliantly. All of the men were exceptionally hard working and professional. Neither Jake, who fitted the hob, nor Mike who did the oven, extractor fan and sink, had an easy job, as nothing is ever straightforward in my kitchen, but they solved the problems and carried on, to produce an excellent finish. I hope you can thank them and their helpers sincerely again on my behalf. My kitchen has had a "facelift" and I am very pleased with the result. Dear Victoria, My wife and I would like most sincerely to thank you for all your hard work and patience which has resulted in the hand over of our beautiful kitchen.  We must have, unintentionally, been awkward clients as we had so very little idea what we wanted but of course knew exactly what we didn't want!  With your endless patience and considerable design skills you have creaste a kitchen which we love.  I know the installation was a trial too, with so many building delays and of craftsmen to liase with, but your team were most professional and did a splendind job creating the real thing from your designs. Now we are last in the house, with all our wonderful Miele eqipment working beautifully, we really do appreciate al the work that went into the creation of such a lovely cooking environment: certainly without your design flair and support we would not have ended up with such a super kitchen. We very much look forward to you coming down and viewing your handiwork within the finished house when the builders finally complete their snagging - if only they were as efficient and Martins have been... I just wanted to write a quick email to say thank you for the fantastic service you gave me recently when I bought a cooker, fridge-freezer and tumble dryer from you. From the outset James was helpful and knowledgeable, and prepared useful quotes for me. As I was dealing with you over the phone, he was able to provide specific model numbers so I could check the products out on the internet to ensure they would be suitable. He arranged delivery on a date that was convenient, and was pro-active in suggesting a replacement product when the fridge-freezer I had ordered proved to be out of stock at the supplier. The delivery people were friendly, professional, and took care to unpack the appliances and check them. They also removed all the packaging material, and set the fridge-freezer up so it was level. This type of care and attention to detail is increasingly rare, and greatly appreciated. I will certainly be dealing with you again in the future, and will not hesitate to recommend you based on the service I received. Thank you. Patrick C.
