Service
We have been looking after our customers' appliances for over 30 years! Our technician, Tony, has been with us since we began so has a wealth of experience and expertise when it comes to fixing your faulty appliance.
We offer two services to our customers; we come to you, or you come to us! Our service department operates Monday - Friday so we aim to be able to get to you withing three working days. This is not always possible depending on the level of business, weather conditions or if we have be generous enough to let Tony have a holiday!
Please call the office and arrange all service calls as by trying to book online can sometimes cause unnecessary delays.
For small appliances and vacuum cleaner repairs we ask that you bring them into us for Tony to repair in our workshop. We do require a £20 deposit when you leave an appliance with us, this will be deducted off the final repair charge.
Please Note: We are not able to look at refrigeration or gas appliances!
